"Intention" is a deliberate decision to create. It is premeditated; it is planned. It is not a wish, hope, or worry. It is a decision, made with purpose, to produce something. It is a force unto itself. When your awareness is focused during intentional meditation practice, you are operating from a place of effectiveness and calm assurance
 
 Meditation practice alters your vision, both physically and spiritually. During meditation practice, many people begin to experience light within. Without an inner light, we are blind. Plant the seed of meditation and reap the fruit of peace of mind. Meditating on an event that is going to happen, and visualizing it as you want it turn out, have the power to mould it according to your thought. Concentrate on your consciousness and find out what it is. You may be surprised at what you find.
Everything is based on mind, is led by mind, is fashioned by mind. If you speak and act with a pure mind, happiness will follow you, as a shadow clings to a form.
 
Remember always that you are just a visitor here, a traveller passing through. Your stay is but short and the moment of your departure unknown.
 
Therefore sit and meditate with a thought"Do not ask for  less burdens, instead more strength to bear all the burdens" And The moment you go in, all connections with the outside world are broken; all bridges are broken. In fact, the whole world disappears.
 
 
 
An important foundation in this understanding: You get in life what you focus on. Focusing on the miseries of your life will only bring you more misery. If you turn your attention to the joys of life, to those things in life that you can appreciate, then you will receive more joy. Through practicing good meditation techniques you can develop strong, positive focusing skills.
              Meditation is a wonderful means of finding peace, joy and happiness in your life. Learning to meditate easily and well is a key to finding success in all areas of your life. No one can make you happy; no one can hand you peace; and joy is illusive if you can't find it within yourself, through your own efforts. Not every moment in one's life is stellar and lovely, but every moment has in it an aspect of truth, of clarity and a seed of potential for whatever you want to create. Looking for the good, the balanced and forward-moving aspects in your life - and there are always reasons to be grateful and appreciative in even the worst of conditions - can break that momentum….So let's start   now with the Intention Meditation..
 
 
Tips For Intention Meditation: 
 
Create a focus on one image.
Think about one thought (your intention).
With perhaps some soothing music.
Unclutter your mind.
Relax into the meditation.
Create calm and self-centeredness.
Develop a contemplative mind.
Choose your intention space.
Practice meditating.
Be present and attentive to what is, with all of your senses.
Establish a connection  with the object of your intention
Be Compassionate
State Your Intention
